Mid-Program Review

Each degree-seeking student will participate in a Mid-Program Review evaluation when nearing the two-thirds completion point in their degree. You will meet with a committee of two faculty members in order to both reflect on your time at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Theological Seminary and think about your next steps in ministry.

The purpose of this evaluation is to:

  • Evaluate academic progress
  • Develop greater vocational clarity and readiness
  • Encourage overall well being and wholeness

To prepare for this evaluation, you will reflect on a series of questions relating to ministry, field education, and personal health. Your faculty team will read your paper before you meet, and then fill out an evaluation following your discussion. Their full evaluation will be submitted to the dean of students and a summary of the report will be submitted to the entire faculty. The dean of students will follow up with you to discuss any recommendations that are made in your faculty evaluation.
