Favorite book: A bit niche, but "Yes, Chef" by Marcus Samuelsson. His work really opened my eyes to the ideas of cultural and culinary anthropology, which have deeply impacted how I see the world (and CC let me do my thesis on it, which was super cool!)
Favorite place on campus: When I was a student, I all but lived at the Cossitt Amphitheater and on Worner Quad, but I am becoming quite partial to my office and its incredible view of Pikes Peak!
When I'm not working, I'm: perpetually exploring! I’m always working to find new places to eat (send me your best recs), places to decompress (love a good walk around Manitou), and places to feel alive (concerts, fairs, hanging with friends).
Words of wisdom: Picking a college can be a stressful experience, but it can also be an experience full of self-discovery, wonder, and beauty. I implore you to find those moments and to really chase them! What’s true to you and for you won’t lead you astray. Also, don’t be afraid to ask us questions!

When I'm not working, I'm: Probably playing bridge, hiking, or learning more about one of the two. I am trying to complete all of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks, and it’s an adventure that keeps on giving in so many ways. Except for sleep quality… it doesn’t always give much of that.
