Orienting our understanding of antiracism, diversity, equity and inclusion (ADEI) leadership to a broader, cross constituent lens.
The Institutional Diversity, Equity & Accessibility Leadership (I.D.E.A.L.) team is comprised of offices and individuals who have formal responsibilities to coordinate, support or otherwise address our ADEI efforts across ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
The team meets blockly to provide support, resources and information as well as review policies and procedures from an intersectional lens ensuring all areas of diversity are addressed.
