About the CC Art Loan Program
2022 was the first year of the Art Loan Program at ºÚÁϳԹÏ. The Art Loan Program is a student-led project that was created to allow students, staff, and faculty the opportunity to interact and live with art. The art on loan comes from the Campus Collection, which consists of 600 pieces, 100 of which are available for loan.
Through the Art Loan Program, the Campus Collection aims to physically embody antiracist principles and values on campus. These are: an inclusive community, antiracism, decolonization, experiential learning, immersive engagement, arts and creativity, restorative justice, and acknowledgement of our shared histories and place.
In light of these goals, we will prioritize loans to people who have been underserved by institutions such as ours. The loan collection is relatively small, so please be aware that we may not be able to meet all demand. We encourage you to apply and will do our best to fulfill all requests.
