CC Elevate

Attending college is one of the biggest transitions you may have encountered so far in your life. CC Elevate is designed to help ease that transition, supplementing the block plan with a stable community and deeper connection to campus and classmates. Taught by a professional staff advisor and mentor, this adjunct course encourages you to “develop your why” and fully engage with your CC experience.

CC Elevate uses the Common Read as a lens to help you reflect on your values, strengths, and goals as a new college student. Personalized activities that center your college journey include small group discussions and workshops on time management, making hidden expectations in different classes explicit, and encouraging academic curiosity through self-reflection.
