Sprint Teams
Sprint Teams are groups organized around a specific goal to achieve within a short period of time (not to exceed 1-2 blocks). These groups consist of executors actively working on producing an end product that will have an immediate institutional impact in areas such as planning, organization, and coordination.

- Create a centralized, comprehensive, strategic summer communication plan for incoming CC students that:
- builds excitement around their upcoming college transition to CC.
- is mindful not to overwhelm them with an excessive volume of communications.
- Prioritize student success by ensuring that communication is clear, concise, and student centered.

Planning Block 8 through May. Execution began June 1, 2024
Milestones
- Created a schedule of communications to be sent to incoming students that included communications to their parents and family.
- Moved summer pre-arrival checklist into the Slate platform.
- Moved all informational materials into CC Bound and provided opportunity for other stakeholders to link information from CC Bound website.
