Participants in CC's Cigna Plan have access to 24/7/365 telehealth care for a $10 copay. | ||
If you can't get to a hospital, DispatchHealth may be an option. A mobile medical team will come to your location. This may be more expensive than other options, but may be less expensive than an emergency room visit. | ||

403-B Defined Benefits | You may enhance your financial security by contributing to the Tax-Deferred Annuity (also known as Group Supplemental Retirement Annuity). All employees, regardless of employment classification, are eligible to participate. The contributions to this plan are subject to IRS limitations. |

Financial Counseling and Education | TIAA offers various programs throughout the year to support your retirement planning. You can also schedule an individual meeting. |

The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï will contribute to a Retiree Health Account for benefits-eligible employees at age 40. Contributions by the college are tax-free to the employee going in and tax-free to the employee coming out as long as they are used for qualified medical expenses. Once you are no longer employed by the College you may seek reimbursement from your Emeriti account for qualified medical expenses. |

Insurance
Life insurance provides financial protection for your family in the event of your death. Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits provide additional coverage should you be seriously injured or should your death be the result of an accident. | ||
Long Term Disability | As a condition of employment, all eligible CC employees are required to participate in the long-term disability plan after one year of employment. Employee may irrevocably ‘opt out’ of coverage during open enrollment if at least age 65 prior to Jul 1. | |
Business Travel Accident Insurance is provided through Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM) for all benefits-eligible employees. This plan provides accidental death and dismemberment benefits for you while traveling for business outside of your residence/permanent assignment. Premiums are paid by the college. | ||

With the pre-paid legal plan offered through MetLife Legal Plans, you pay a set monthly fee for the plan that includes personal legal services for you, your spouse, and dependent children. | ||
Coverage for your personal property is available at group rates with Farmers (formerly MetLife). Policies available include Auto, Home, Renter's, Fire, and Personal Excess Liability Umbrella. Umbrella insurance provides coverage when your liability exceeds the limits of your homeowners' auto and/or boat insurance. |
